Scale Social was born from our founder Runbin’s experience running a dumpling business with his mom. Every week, they hand-delivered orders across Raleigh-Durham, building a loyal community one doorstep at a time. They eventually sold the business, but that struggle stuck.
In 2024, Scale Social began as an experiment to solve that very pain point.
