Our Story
Scale Social was born from our founder Runbin’s experience running a dumpling business with his mom. Every week, they hand-delivered orders across Raleigh-Durham, building a loyal community one doorstep at a time. But the biggest challenge wasn’t logistics — it was figuring out how to share their story online. With no budget for social media help and limited time, authentic content felt out of reach. They eventually sold the business, but that struggle stuck.
In 2024, Scale Social began as an experiment to solve that very pain point. We used generative AI to help small businesses create social posts — but quickly realized that what people connect with most isn’t polished automation; it’s real stories from real people. That insight reshaped our mission. Today, Scale Social helps businesses turn everyday moments into meaningful content, making it easy for customers to become your best storytellers.

Osmow's
Scale Social launched a pilot program in two Florida locations: a mall food court and a university campus to test different engagement environments.
